On Hold Now is a project run by Premier CX. Its purpose is to shed a little light on the number of people who feel the need to comment upon being on-hold or in a queue for what they perceive as being a long time. We are not pointing the finger, or shaming those we see as offenders - merely providing some statistics for those who would like to use them as a means to improve the experience of their callers.
